At Roof Rebound, we believe your information should be used to serve you—not sold to someone else. This policy explains our practices when you use our website, request a roof assessment, join a service-area waitlist, or work with our team.
01Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, including your name, email address, optional or required telephone number depending on the form, the property address and ZIP code, roof type and approximate age, booking preferences, communications, and service inquiries. When we assess or service a property, we may also record photos, roof measurements, inspection notes, proposals, completed-work documentation, and warranty records. When you browse our site, hosting and analytics systems may collect IP address, device and browser details, page views, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar technical information.
02How we use information
We use information to respond to requests; check current service coverage; manage our priority waitlist; schedule and complete free roof assessments; prepare recommendations, quotes, contracts, and service records; coordinate Roof Rebound staff and authorized service providers; provide customer support; prevent abuse; operate and secure our systems; and meet legal obligations. We send promotional communications only where permitted by applicable law and, for marketing texts, where separate consent has been obtained. We do not use waitlist information as permission to send unrelated promotional SMS.
03Priority waitlist and territory routing
If an address or ZIP code is outside our active service area, you may join a priority waitlist. We use the contact details and property ZIP code supplied to record your interest and tell you when services are offered nearby. A waitlist registration does not guarantee that a location will open or that a roof will qualify for treatment. We may confirm the complete property address before offering an appointment. Joining the waitlist is free and does not require a purchase.
04Your privacy: no sale of leads
Roof Rebound LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or provide your personal information or customer leads to other companies for their independent marketing, lead generation, or solicitation. We do not share customer contact lists with franchisees, affiliates, advertisers, or unrelated businesses for their own advertising. Information may be accessed by authorized Roof Rebound personnel and by contracted service providers only when needed to operate services on our behalf, and as described in this policy. If our business model or data practices materially change, we will update our notices and obtain consent where legally required before using your information for a materially different purpose.
05Service providers and legally required disclosures
Providers that host the website, process online forms, manage the CRM, deliver email and SMS, provide appointment scheduling, store files, operate security tools, or process payments may handle limited information under service arrangements to perform tasks for Roof Rebound. This is not permission for them to market to you independently. We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or support a lawful business transaction subject to applicable notice and legal protections. We do not promise that data is never disclosed under any circumstances.
06SMS messages and consent
If you voluntarily provide a mobile number and separately opt in, Roof Rebound LLC may send text messages consistent with the consent you selected, such as waitlist availability notices, booking confirmations, scheduling changes, appointment reminders, or separately authorized promotions. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages and HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected]. Marketing SMS consent is not required to join the waitlist or purchase a service. Providing a number alone does not constitute agreement to promotional texts. Email communications can be stopped through available unsubscribe controls or by contacting us.
07Mobile information and SMS opt-in data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
08Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and embedded GoHighLevel tools may use essential cookies and similar technologies for page functionality, form operation, abuse prevention, and booking sessions. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may also use identifiers to help us understand traffic or measure campaigns. Availability and behavior of these technologies depend on the tools actually activated on our site. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies; where legally required, we will seek consent or provide appropriate privacy controls before using nonessential technologies. Blocking essential cookies may affect forms and appointment booking.
09Roof and property photographs
We may take or receive property and roof photographs, including aerial images where lawfully obtained, for eligibility assessment, proposals, service delivery, quality assurance, and records. Access is limited to people who need the images for Roof Rebound services. We will not use identifiable property images in public advertising, case studies, or testimonials without appropriate permission. A roof assessment does not by itself establish that any product is suitable or that a roof will achieve a specified lifespan.
10Information security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational steps intended to protect information, including access restrictions appropriate to employee roles and security features provided by our service platforms. No website, transmission, or data storage process can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not put social security numbers, bank account credentials, or unrelated sensitive information into general inquiry or waitlist forms. We will address suspected incidents according to applicable law.
11Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, ongoing customer relationships, inspection or warranty documentation, disputes, tax and accounting duties, security needs, and applicable legal obligations. The precise period depends on the category of record and legal requirements; we do not claim a fixed universal retention period. Waitlist contacts may request removal, and opted-out marketing contacts will not receive future messages covered by the opt-out. Some records may remain where needed for legal compliance, prevention of fraud, or valid business recordkeeping. We delete or de-identify records when no longer reasonably needed, subject to the capabilities and obligations of our service providers.
12Your choices and privacy requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm identity and may retain records when required or permitted by law. Depending on your state of residence and laws applicable to Roof Rebound, you may have additional privacy rights; we will respond as required by applicable law. You can withdraw optional SMS consent through STOP and email marketing preferences through unsubscribe instructions. Privacy requests do not require consenting to marketing.
13Children and third-party sites
Our site and services are directed to adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Links to unrelated websites are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or policies.
